Some are even free.

Web traffic generation is another important factor that one need to put attention to.  You can have a great looking website, but without traffic, it is useless.  The easiest and also the most cost effective way to generate traffic is through article marketing.Article marketing is when you write great original article and submit it to directories or websites which may choose to publish your article.You can include your signature at the end of the article which will have a link to your site.The readers who read the articles might click on your signature in the article and visit your website.Such traffic are very targeted and thus high conversion rate.

Sell Your Knowledge – People are always thirsty for knowledge. If you have a specific topic that you are well educated in, why not write an e-book on the topic and sell it through your blog?

Sell Your Service – If you offer a specific service, such as data entry, writing, web design or various administrative jobs, sell yourself and make money by doing so.

Beg – I kid, but really, many blogs that have had huge success have asked for donations to help keep them going. If you have a huge reader base, this shouldn’t be too hard to achieve.

The best way to make money with your blog is to find what works for you. Some of these tips may not tickle your fancy but it does show that there are definitely ways your blog can work for you.

If You Build It They Won’t Come

First you want to find out whether or not people are looking for information and mainly products for your specific niche. I’m not talking about the specific product that you have got in mind, but products in your niche that your product might fit into. Because we’re gonna develop around that.

So what I would do is go to the Google keyword tool and you can check the link here and I would review the number of keyword searches that are being done in your niche.  So what you could do is plug in the niche keyword, a high level keyword, like golf clubs or parenting and let Google tell you how many different variations are out there and see what people are searching for.

This is gonna allow you to explore the different possibilities within your niche and where you might want to plug your product into.  And you want to find an area, a niche, that’s got several thousand searches being done per month. This allows you the flexibility so that you can come in and start making money because there’s ample amount of room for you to enter.

Can You Profit

Now the next thing you want to do is determine whether or not your niche is profitable.  To find out if other people in your niche are already making money.  You won’t be able to find that out for sure but one of the ways to get a ball park idea is to see if people are spending money in your niche already.

You do that by looking for advertisements both online and offline.  That’s because if they’re spending money to advertise over and over again it typically means that they’re making money. If they ran out of cash advertising something that isn’t selling you wouldn’t see the ads again.  So if you see people advertising regularly in that specific niche you kinda have an idea that what they’re doing is working.

Some of the places that you can find this type of information is by taking a look at the adwords PPC ads, using the Google keyword tool.  You’ll want to see if people are spending money on adwords regularly.  Also if there’s a high cost per click you know typically there’s a lot of competition.

Explore Your Competition

You want to go find affiliates, people who are willing to let others sell their product for them.  Most affiliate sites like clickbank.com or CJ.com have ways to tell if a product is making money.  You can use that information to determine if your niche is profitable.

Another place you might want to look is Amazon. Check out the books that are being bought, top best sellers things like that.

Go Outside The Internet

Go into your bookstore and take a look at magazines. In your niche magazines, at the back, there are ads being presented and if people month after month are having the same ads put in, you bet your dollar they’re probably profitable or have super deep pockets.

And another place to go is eBay.  Go to eBay and see what people are putting up for bid and whether or not those items are selling. If they’re selling, you know there’s probably a market demand for those types of products.  Again confirming your niche may be profitable.  If people aren’t buying it’s probably not very profitable.

And the last thing that you’ve got to do is take action. You want to move fast with this information, time is money and money is time, so take what you know, find out everything you can about your niche. Go make money online.

1. Ad Units: There are services available from Yahoo Publishers, RevenuePilot, Bidvertiser and of course Google Adsense which allow you to place advertisements on your websites (in the form of text or images). There are many types of ads some websites allow you to choose your ads others use contextual ads which read your blogs content and display relevant advertisements.

2. Selling Yours/Others Products: If you created a product relevant to the information you are sharing you can definitely try to sell your own products on your blog. If you have established rapport with your readers, you can definitely make some money this way. If you don’t have your own product, you can always use an Affiliate account at Clickbank or Amazon and create a post related to the product you’re attempting to sell.

3. Selling Ad Space: If your blog gets quite a bit of traffic and has a decent Page Rank, you can sell ad space on it. Areas that get a lot of attention such as the header/leaderboard area should go at a higher rate than less visible areas.

4. Write Paid Reviews: There are websites such as PayPerPost, Blogvertise, SponsoredReviews and more which pay you for writing paid reviews for products, other sites, and services. It has been said that Google will drop your Page Rank if they notice that your blog is participating in this. If Page Rank doesn’t matter to you, then this is definitely an option.

5. Sell Yours/Others E-Book: You can actually make great money online selling E-Books, whether it’s your own or someone else’s (with resale rights).  As long as it is offering great content and pertains to the subject your blog is about.

What is the right niche and how does it determine how much cash from the Internet you make?

Well, for starters having the right niche is so much more than just seeing how much cash from the Internet you can make.  I mean, that’s part of it, yes.  But you have to enjoy the niche you choose.

You’ll be relegated to talking, writing, and doing things that relate to your niche for a long time to come if you intend to create an Internet cash geyser from your niche.

So you’ve got to have some like or interest in it.

Many people focus all their energy on making money online and internet marketing first and their passions second, when it shouldn’t be so cut and dry.  You’ve got to consider both.

So let’s start by…

Brainstorming

Where do you start.

The first thing I would do is get a sheet of paper or open up mind map software (my favorite is MindJet).

Now it’s time to brainstorm some ideas.

Let’s start with the obvious…

• What do you like to do for fun?
• What hobbies do you have?
• What do you do for a job right now?
• Do yo have any specialized knowledge?
• Do you know how to do anything that you think other people would want to know about?

These are just a few of the questions you should start asking yourself.  I know that once you get on a roll you’ll be able to come up with so many more ideas.

Now, once you’ve come up with ideas just from asking these simple questions you should continue poking and prodding that unconscious mind of yours.

Poke Your Unconscious

Before you do what comes next you’ll need to prime your unconscious.  The way you’ll do this is by telling yourself that today you’re exploring niches.  All you’re doing is coming up with niche ideas.

Now, take that day and go to your local book store.  Go shopping at the mall.  But keep a pad and pencil with you so that you can keep notes of what you think.  This is not an exercise in shopping but idea generation.

As you go through the stores, look at books or magazines you’ll begin to get ideas about different niches.  Write them all down, even if you’ve thought of them before.  It doesn’t matter, just keep a list of the ideas and niches you come up with along the way.

This is one of the perfect ways to generate ideas.  You have your mind occupied with what interests you in these places and your unconscious is free to work on the question you asked or the command you gave it.

You might be wondering if this works… for real.

It Works

Yes!  It does.  Try it, it doesn’t cost a thing and you just might find you come up with some potentially profitable and fun ideas.

Let’s face it… you want to make some cash online and what better way to do it than with something you have fun with.

Ok, so get out there and start the process.  You’ll find that you come up with some great ideas, some crazy ideas, and some that don’t make the list.

That’s ok because all you should be doing is getting your mind engaged on the process.

So get your pen, your paper or mind mapping software and start getting your ideas down.

Make Money Blogging

If writing is an art, then, blogging is an art museum. This is because bloggers are  the ones who create from within, carefully sculpting words that best describe their feelings, thoughts, wishes, wants, and everything.

Basically, blogs started as weblogs that refer to a “server’s log file.” Since its inception in the mid-1990s, blogging gradually saturated the virtual community making the Internet a great source of information.

However, back in the day, you still needed a web site and domain name, but today, you don’t need anything except an account with a free blog hosting site. In almost all cases, these kinds of blogs are free.

In most cases, blogs are created for personal use. Like a journal, people can write about anything including their adventures, their good times, bad times, and whatever ideas they want to share.

Nowadays, with the explosion of online businesses, blogs have gradually started being used for both business and pleasure.  Blogs have given businesses the opportunity to improve their brand and impact people on a different level.

Business blogs are used to advertise and communicate to customers and potential customers about their services or products.  They give the business owner another form of communication.

Because of this, now more than ever, you can use blogs to make money online.  And it’s easier than ever.

So, if you are thinking about starting a blog, whether to make money online or for pleasure, you should consider a few guidlines that could help you get the most from your blog.

Here’s a few things you should know…

Know Your Audience

It doesn’t matter if your blog is for business or personal you’ve got to consider who your audience is. You’ve got to keep them interested.

It’s about sharing infromation.  So even if it’s all about you, keeping it interested is a good way to gather a following.

Use Pictures

Blogging is writing so there are only two ways to paint pictures.  Either use livley picture words or use pictures on your blog. There are many places where you can get pictures online.  One of my favorites is iStockPhoto.com because they have thousands of high quality pictures available for cheap.

Make Your Blog Relevant

You can write about anything at all and that’s perfectly fine but you want to consider how relevant your information is.

Does your audience want to know what you’re writing about?  Sometimes that relevancy makes your blog that much more interesting.

Don’t Make Your Blog Difficult To Read

This comes back to knowing your audience.  But if you want to reach the most people as possible it helps if you keep things simple to read and understand.

Yes, blogs are not created equal. They can be for fun, for profit, and even both.

Think about why you want to start one and get to it.  You just might enjoy it.
